Description
The Lambeth Country show returns for its 36th year on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 July at Brockwell Park. This free event is not one to be missed!
The free 2 day festival, the largest of its kind, brings a bit of the country to the city, filling Brockwell Park with a wide variety of music and entertainment. There will be arts and crafts available to buy and try, trade stalls and flower and vegetable competitions. With hands-on activities for children and adults to enjoy with live animals from farmyard breeds to more exotic species, as well as brass bands, storytelling and a funfair, there's something for everyone.
The Music stage will see ska, reggae and soul music from local musicians to well known artists and groups, whilst the Village Green stage provides the chance to listen to a range of music from acoustic and folk music to jazz and classical.
The festivities begin at 11am on Saturday 17 July when the array of vibrant stalls and marquees will be open for business.
